If yours students are reporting that they cannot see the final grade in their User report, you need to make a change in the Course Grade Setting.

From with your course,

  1. Click on "Grades" in the Administration block
  2. Click on "Course grade settings" the Administration block
  3. On the Course settings page, click on the "Expand all" link, located on the far right, to change it to "Collapse all."
  4. Scroll down the page to the "User report" section.
  5. Change the "Hide totals if they contain hidden items" to one of the "show" options. Which one depends on what you want and how your particular course is set up and administered.
