VCC Faculty and Staff can use this DL Support Help Centre to request help with the Moodle LMS, or with other VCC educational technologies (such as Turning Technologies clickers).

Using the DL Support Help Centre, you can...

  • Search the DL Support KnowledgeBase for a quick answer to common Moodle or Ed. Tech. issues.
  • Create a new support request ("ticket") in DLSupport's database, using a simple web form (or by emailing dlsupport@vcc.ca).

Note: All emails sent to dlsupport@vcc.ca are automatically recorded and tracked in the DLSupport Help Centre.

(The DL Support service is not connected to or affiliated with the VCC Helpdesk. If you have a technical problem with college software or hardware resources that doesn't involve Moodle, please direct your inquiries to helpdesk@vcc.ca)
